Avataar’s Program Outline:

The Associate Product Manager (APM) program has been inspired by programs at leading global technology organizations and is focused on building Avataar’s next generation of product, sales, and operational leaders. As an Associate Product Manager (APM) program you will; Lead efforts across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and beyond to launch impactful projects. Grow personally and professionally through mentorship, global experience, and hands-on learning.

WHAT:

Opportunities to work on important projects across product management, sales, customer support, operations and other functions through hands-on assignments, rotations. Structured learning and coaching from experienced professionals for functional and personal growth. Exposure to a start-up culture, exposure todeep technology and an opportunity to develop entrepreneurial and leadership capabilities. Potential to create significant impact to Avataar’s customers and their customers- “Consumers’.

WHO:

New or recent graduates (non-Engineering undergraduate programs in disciplines such as economics, commerce and sciences). Desire to grow and exhibit skills of Problem solving, Leadership, Communication and Teamwork. Demonstrated leadership through projects, or other extra-curricular activities. Projects or interest areas that show a passion for solving problems, like building out ideas in contests, events and other extracurricular activities.
