 This program is co-designed by NextGen Academy, academic division of CTPL-Creanovation Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in collaboration with IndusInd Bank is a short-term immersive program for aspiring Graduates/Post Graduates to join IndusInd Bank as a Business Development Executive (trainee) with a starting CTC of ₹2.4 LPA*

This is a 9 Weeks training course in Sales/Marketing called – “Banking Sales & Business Development Program”. After successful completion of these 9 Weeks training(3 Weeks Virtual Training and 6 Weeks On job training at IndusInd Bank branch) the candidates will be placed in nearby IndusInd Bank branches for next 11 month as “Business Development

Executive Trainee”.

Education Qualification Required:-

1. 2014 - 2021 Graduates/Post Graduates with min 50% in academics

2. X, XII, and Graduation should be in Regular or Correspondence mode (No other mode like Vocational, Open schooling is allowed).

3. For the candidates having a gap in education, only up to 2 years of academic gap is allowed after the 10th, not more than that.

4. Good command over the English language is a must for the role.


Age Criteria:-

1.The applicant should be between 20-29 years of age at the time of admission.

2.Work experience: Maximum of 2 years of work-ex can apply. Candidates should have a relieving letter from the employer at the time of admission.

3. Mandatory documents: Academic Certificates, PAN card, AADHAAR Card, Address, Proof, and Birth Date Proof.

Selection Process:

1. Shortlisting of Candidates as per the Eligibility criteria

2. Filling Online Application Form on https://jobsindusindbank.ctpl.io/

3. Screening and Online assessment that includes an Online General Aptitude Test.

4. Final Interview by IndusInd and NextGen Academy team, post which Provisional

Offer Letter would be issued to the selected candidates

5. Payment of program fees and completing the 9 weeks training(3 weeks virtual classroom training and 6 week On job training).

Job Description – Business Development Executive Trainee

Job title: Business Development Executive Trainee

Grade Band: Junior Management

BU/Function : Branch Banking

Reports to: Branch Manager


Roles & Responsibilities

· Responsible for acquiring new to bank clients for CASA & cross sell loans, cards and Insurance products to existing clients of the bank.

Needs to ensure that the profile of clients acquired for the bank, are as per the bank standards.

Overall Job Description

· Achieve the Sales Targets (CA/SA) set in terms of New to Bank customers, Value and product mix

· Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets across the designated product lines.

· Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

· Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of profile, demographics, and

psychographics for his/her assigned territory

· Achieve defined quality parameters in terms of AMB depletion/ FTR%, UID penetration and

NBD penetration

· Achieve Sales calls plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
