Founded by Abhishek Sethi & Prateek Behera, gradCapital is a pan-India student-driven institution that supports daring student entrepreneurs. We believe that students can build formidable companies through their radical, experimental and freestyle approaches. Just look at FAANG companies - 60% of these were founded in dorm rooms!

There is tremendous value waiting to be unlocked by students from all backgrounds including Science,Medicine, Commerce, Liberal Arts and Engineering. Please read through the rest of the document. Our mission is to invest in such crazy folks through capital and advisory support. gradCapital writes $25K checks to suuuuper early-stage startups - including ideas that are discussed over chai, sutta or Maggi. We invest in cycles and run 2 cohorts per year - Y Combinator style. With this vision, we want to build an ecosystem that works for all who have just one goal - to disrupt the status quo.

What you will do as an Associate?

● Identify capable teams. This includes filtering and decision making mechanisms to determine the

best hustling talent. Moreover, work with startups to understand their vision, mission, and operating

model.

● Play a key role in developing campus-specific interventions - leading mentorship programs and

boot camps.

● Build and maintain a network of alumni, startups, and mentors across colleges.

We operate in a space where there are no benchmarks for reference. As a consequence, we very often

use first principles thinking to find answers. We expect the same from you.

Associates form an integral part of gradCapital and work with the core team in order to drive success for

our startups.

What we prefer

● Pre-final/ Final year students, any degree

● Minimum 6 months of part-time commitment

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Startup experience is a plus
