The three years program, built exclusively for Non-Engineering graduates, would enable academic achievements at the workplace while providing an in-depth understanding of the corporate world.

The Financial Analyst program would enable academic achievements at the workplace while providing an in-depth understanding of the corporate world. This three-year program will help students build a remarkable career in the field of Finance while pursuing their higher education –  EPGDBM (Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management) in Finance from one of the prestigious management institutions – sponsored by Wipro – while working as full-time employees within specialized functions of Corporate Finance with us.

We hereby confirm the FY’22 STEP-UP Hiring On-Campus Event on 23^rd November 2021 (Pre-placement talk) & 24^th November 2021 (Online Assessment).

Qualification/ Degree	ü  BBM ü  BBA ü  B. Com (General and Allied Branches) ü  BA Economics and B.Sc. Economics ü  BMS ü  BA (Hons.) Economics ü  BA Corporate Economics ü  Bachelors in Business Economics
Education	ü  10th Standard: 70% or above ü  12th Standard: 70% or above ü  Graduation: 65% or 6.5 CGPA above as applicable by the university guidelines.
Compensation	ü  1st Academic Year- 2.5 Lakhs per annum ü  2nd Academic Year - 3.5 Lakhs per annum ü  3rd Academic Year - 5 Lakhs per annum
Year of Passing	2022 ONLY Max 3 years of GAP in education allowed (10th to graduation) No Gaps are allowed in the Graduation period. Graduation should be completed within 3 years from the start of the Graduation
Selection Process	ü  Online Assessment ü  Business Round
Service Agreement	Upon Joining, candidates would be required to sign a service agreement for 36 months @ 1,40,000/-
