Logyify India is a unique entity, which is working towards the betterment of the young generation currently pursuing study. With the help of guidance and counseling, providing them with knowledge and guidance to choose their career and vocations. Logyify India‘s counseling department will empower all students to reach their maximum potential, by using a comprehensive program that addresses academic, personal/social, and career goals. We will promote an environment to encourage personal inquiry, social responsibility, and academic achievement. We believe that every student can succeed through the collaborative efforts of school, home, and community. This will lead them to be responsible and productive citizens in the 21st century. The mission of Logyify India‘s counseling department is to provide a proactive, comprehensive, and developmentally appropriate program to address student’s academic and career goals. In addition to this, we are supporting their personal and social needs. This can be accomplished with the help of a partnership with parents, staff, and counselors. This enables students to become successful, productive, and lifelong learners in a diverse and changing world.

Eligible Streams: Students of all streams are eligible for this internship.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CONTENT WRITING

Write high-quality content in English, Write long write-ups on interesting subjects within the niche of Logyify India. Conduct research while writing. Develop articles for different campaigns to drive engagement. Edit various articles and blogs for tone, structure, and relevancy. Prepare scripts for the youtube channel. Create content for social media platforms. Prepare the vlog scripts for interviews and podcasts.

2. HR

Work using various on job portals, Working on cold calling, Working on communicating with candidates, Take preliminary rounds of interviews, Manage our company’s database, Onboarding induction plan, Maintain reports, Researching organizations and individuals to find new partnership avenues.

3. PR

Planning and managing end-to-end execution of all PR activities. Building PR Strategies. Taking care of clients, corporate, and organizational tie-ups, and getting them on board. Giving input on creative ways to improve the company’s image. Help grow business.

4. SOCIAL MEDIA

1. Taking charge of YouTube channel, Instagram account, and Facebook page 2. Working on creative content development for social platforms including all media like video, posters. 3. Staying up to date with the latest social media practices and technologies 4. Work alongside the team to create a plan for social media strategies 5. Aid in the daily aspects of promoting the businesses campaigns Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages 6. Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn

5. GRAPHIC DESIGNING

Create posters and banners as per the latest social media trends. Work on designing new graphics for the website. Assisting in the conceptualization and production of social content (still posts, GIFs, Instagram stories, etc.) as needed, Assisting in the designing of annual reports, project reports, newsletters, and any other documents, for external and internal communication

6. OPERATIONAL

Managing the data in a proper format, Support our operations team, Prepare daily reports, Work on our CRM and facilitate client onboarding, Maintaining good relations with entire stakeholders on a regular basis, Research for new data sources, Work on account and relationship management with our onboarded clients, Collect reviews & ratings for our clients

7. MANAGEMENT

Learn about the inner workings of different departments of the organization. Understand each department's daily processes and goals, Get involved with the senior management in setting goals and objectives. Help managers complete daily tasks, Adapt to working with different sets of people and in different departments on any given day, Create and give presentations, Track & monitor the works of interns/employees. Keeping a check on their regularity at work and guiding them.

8. CREATIVE TEAM

Set up tone and design theme, Brainstorm new ideas for social media and design with the content team, Research and design posts for online engagements, Work on Photoshop, Animation, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and other graphic designing software

9. EVENT TEAM

Organize online competitions, webinars and interactive sessions. Manage online events. Promote online events on all social media platforms. Work on event planning and event coordination, Work on participant coordination, Manage event set up and follow-ups, Conceptualizing and designing content for events, Looking after communications and logistics of the event, Supporting the team in communication activities

10. CONTENT CREATOR [DIGITAL COURSE]

Creating online courses and writing/structuring content, Researching on the latest topics, Assist the team in content-related requirements, Write easy to understand tutorials on the subject, Contributing to the curriculum design, Making interactive questions for interactive learning content

11. TECHNICAL

Work on Prototype and Product Designing, Assist on Website Front End Development, Back End Development, Full Stack, Development. May have to write professional project Documentation

12. MARKETING

Conduct research on past market campaigns, Perform new market analysis, Assist in online event marketing, Work on presentation especially for promotion activities, Assist in marketing to the public, Assist using web forums, social media, and direct mail for marketing.
