##  Management Trainee – Sales

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
2. Visiting potential customers for new business
3. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations
4. Providing customers with quotations
5. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
6. Gathering market and customer information
7. Providing feedback on future buying trends
8. Representing your organisation at trade exhibitions, events and
demonstrations
9. Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with your
company's managers
10. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special
promotions
11. Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders
12. Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock
13. Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales
office

## Management Trainee – Customer Relation Management

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Handle established accounts to gain familiarity.
2. Attend periodic evaluations.
3. Work with and through management to develop and implement actions
that protect company assets and profitability.
4. Evaluate work output.
5. Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with
customers
6. Meeting with managements to discuss possible improvements in customer
service.
7. Learning and using various software(s) to carry out of all day to day
activities.
8. Keeping, maintaining and updating records.
9. Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and
face to face
10. Ensuring all documents are filled within time
11. Taking care of shipment orders right from booking on the software till
execution
12. Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the
organization.
13. Strong minded and dedicate people to think out of the box for the
problems that will arise in your day to day work.
14. Strong interpersonal and listening · Motivation to constantly learn and
develop the own knowledge and skills
