We are looking for an Operations Intern for our short-term assignments who would assist the team and the team members in managing a project or projects. The role involves multitasking on a day to day basis and communicating projects progress to the concerned

Required: COP - HRM

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Sourcing candidates from data base.

 Screening and shortlisting profiles.

 Taking mock detailed interview of candidates.

 Assisting and supporting the project manager.

 Be actively involved in recruitment and managing the hiring process.

 Ensuring deadlines are met.

Desired Skill sets and qualifications:

 Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.

 Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

 Demonstrated a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

This is an Internship of 3 months. Stipend offered is Rs.10000 (including telephone & Internet expenses) on a monthly basis. Upon successful completion of internship, the participant standing out and displaying a genuine capacity for a role will hold a  high probability to turn their interning experience into a job offer.
