Bajaj MARKETS – Marketing Unit
• We are an agile unit of 30+ members with deep domain skills in Digital Marketing across web and mobile domain, Brand management, SEO & content management and UI/UX. Our team carries business domain expertise in Financial Services products and eCommerce categories.
• With a right balance of in-house expertise and outsourced partnerships, we are accountable for Web traffic, Keyword Expansion across multiple categories, KPIs related to quality of traffic, Mobile App installation, registrations, engagement & retention and content expansion on a monthly basis.
• We have invested in a state of art Digital Marketing Architecture using industry leading tools from Adobe & Google stack and Customer data platform to support our in-house designed Website & Mobile App
• We plan to establish Bajaj MARKETS as a favoured destination for Financial Services & Lifestyle needs to deliver on our core promise of “Choice & Convenience”
• We will make multi-year investments in SEO capabilities related to Content, Site architecture, digital medium presence & several other ever changing Google SEO techniques to deliver 11x+ growth in SEO traffic. We plan to gain consistent increase in Share of Voice by undertaking key activities related to expanding addressable Search Volumes, improving domain authority, dominating real estate on Search Engine Results Pages and building an effective Conversion Rate Optimization model.

Content Creation
• Create long form content for the official Finserv MARKETS blog
• Create content for publication on external websites
• Create content for the Finserv MARKETS website
• Create content for other marketing collaterals like newsletters, infographics, research-based articles, etc.
• Create scripts for videos to be uploaded on official channels
• Review content created by agencies, and prepare it for publication Cross Functional and Coe Engagement
• Work with various functions and businesses within the company on content generation, and COEs within the function for execution support
• Conduct ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness
• Leverage market data and insights to develop content
