Position Description

As a Business Development Associate(I) also known as BDA(I), you will be required to bring in business for the firm by assisting and contacting the corporate clients/potential clients, going for personal client meetings, and also maintaining Business Analytics data. You will be part of a team where you'll be responsible for various facets of the projects- which could entail (but are not limited to) collaborating with client teams and peers for better outcomes. You'll be accountable for various work assignments, completing all tasks to meet the team's expectations/standards. You'll be required to identify appropriate resources and deliver quality impact while keeping senior team members informed about developments and progress on the assigned tasks.

Some elements of the role and responsibility include:

• Calling on the phone to Corporate clients and marketing our services, generating leads, following up with the lead, and closing the deal at last.

• Understanding the client's business by closely working with the client's team.

• Undertake professional qualification; take ownership and responsibility for self-development.

• Visit industrial areas and discuss business with clients face to face in any one of the two options(based on language proficiency).

1) National Capital Region( Delhi, Gurugram, NOIDA, etc).

2) Punjab and Chandigarh

We are looking ONLY FOR SELF DRIVEN INDIVIDUALS with a desire to excel in the Marketing and sales domain. You are expected to learn fast and deliver quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.

Required skills and gadgets

This role is open to candidates from all degrees and backgrounds, we expect the candidate to demonstrate consistent success in their marketing, sales, and business development during their college and showcase broadly applicable consulting skills, some specific requirements are as follows.

• Strong work ethic and personal initiative.

• Strong verbal and written command in English and verbal command in Hindi or

• Strong written and verbal command of English and verbal command in Punjabi. (you'll have to specify this in your application).

• Excellent organizational and task management skills.

• Structured problem-solving skills.

• Client service orientation and strong business acumen.

• A laptop or personal computer with a DVD player is must to see the business directories.

SRISRIPORT will award you with a Letter of recommendation (from the BOARD members), a Letter of successful completion, and other certificates related to marketing and sales based on your performance in the internship.

You'll be awarded a commission-based stipend from the second month of the internship ( If you pass the team's expectations in the first month) which can range anywhere up to INR. 20,000 or more per month.

You may also be offered a permanent position in the company as a BDA with a CTC of INR 7,20,000(Seven lakh twenty thousand Annual CTC).
