We have recently found great traction with our product EDOOFA and our exclusive partnership with the ministry of higher education in Bhutan has given us a monopoly in an emerging market. We are now seeing phenomenal growth from India, Africa (Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Uganda), and Saarc (Afghanistan, Bhutan, Nepal, Bangladesh).

Edoofa offers rapid growth opportunities and we're looking for trainable and coachable professionals who can be groomed to become leaders A) Academic Counsellor/Business Development About the role: At Edoofa, our counselors are the first point of contact for our customers- our international students. Their primary goal is to guide the students through the process, and understand their aspirations and goals in life to help them make the right career decisions. The counselors are responsible for the end-to-end process of engaging with a student, helping them choose the right course, understanding their academic and financial aspirations, ensuring successful enrollment and admission into the Edoofa program if they are the right fit. The counselors also need to notice that this is a direct revenue-generating role and hence need to analyze their conversations and process through a business lens from time to time in order to generate productivity in their work, earn revenue and still create value by being a helping hand to these students. What will you do: 1) Prospection of a potential customer (student) via research and analysis 2) Take complete ownership of the process- from the first conversation with a potential student (customer) to the enrollment 3) Counselling students, taking regular follow-ups, maintaining a strong pipeline of students using relationship building and exceptional communication. 4) Optimization of the enrollment cycle by critical evaluation of the process and individual performance for closures. 5) Collaborating with other teams- KAM, EWYL/Admissions team to ensure the post-enrollment process is smooth and performed in an efficient manner. B) Academic Happiness Officer As an Academic Happiness Officer, the professional's primary responsibility would be value fulfillment for a student. The Academic Happiness officer will be accountable for creating a success story for the student through the fulfillment of the work-study program on offer. Their daily tasks will include training, mentoring, building a relationship with the student, and inspiring them to work on gaining practical knowledge through the ongoing projects assigned to them. They will be responsible for the satisfaction and happiness of these student accounts by assisting and guiding them to fulfill their goals and needs within the Edoofa program. This role will give someone the opportunity to open up other potential business collaboration opportunities - commercial and noncommercial channels through these students by creating successful and happy customers. What will you do: 1) Coordinate with the enrollment/KAM team to understand a particular account's (student) details before mentoring them 2) Creating project outlines along with the project management/SEELS team for efficient project delivery through students 3) Training and mentoring them at every step to create an impact on their skill set. 4) Helping students earn scholarship credits by helping them deliver projects 5) Create and curate curriculum and content for training on a regular basis 6) Coordinate with senior mentors to improve a student's overall growth as a professional C) Human Resource and PR Trainee As an HR and PR trainee, the objectives will be to work directly with the core/founding team/stakeholders (senior management + CEO) to source the right talent amongst various positions. In the pursuit of making that happen, being actively involved in looking for good PR opportunities to grow the brand value, participating in relevant events, improving social media presence on Linkedin, harnessing collaboration opportunities for branding purposes, etc. What will you do: 1) Managing talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. 2) Responsible for talent acquisition for all lines of business for the organization. 3) Developing and executing recruiting plans for the right pool of talent through various routes and mix of recruitment channels.(Naukri, Angel etc.) 4) Engaging tier-1/2 campuses for the recruitment drives by collaborating with training and placement cells. 5) Attending events offering PR opportunities 6) Branding on Linkedin - build a network of relevant brands, organizations, and people to grow as a brand. 7) Creating and participating in networking events in colleges, entrepreneurship chapters etc. What will you need (for all the roles): 1)Organized, analytical skills with attention to detail 2)Exceptional written and spoken communication 3)Exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills along with a student-first approach 3)Passionate about individual growth in a flexible environment 4)Leadership, Independent functioning, and Initiative taking abilities 5)Problem Solving and Consultative approach 6)Out of the box thinking, creative content writing skills 7)Creative Educator approach towards students 8)Data driven approach - recording and maintaining data regularly What will you get: 1)Additional incentives upto 1 lakh/month 2)Opportunity to become an owner of your work 3)Opportunity to experiment with work and be in a crossfunctional environment 4)Access to a network of industry-recognized mentors 5)Accelerated growth in a fast paced environment CTC: Post Management Trainee: Grade A: Business Development Manager: 6-9 LPA, (Fixed: 40,000-50,000 + annual bonus+ incentives) Grade B: Business Development Associate/ Academic Happiness Officer: 4.8-6 LPA (Fixed: 25,000-35,000 + annual bonus+ incentives) Management Trainee: 6 months First 3 months: Stipend: Rs 15,000 + variable incentives Next 3 months: Stipend:Rs 20,000 + variable incentives Work From Home Opportunity Please go through the videos shared below applying for the roles.
