Job Description:
Troubleshooting Hardware / Networking / OS related queries of our global customers Over Phone which involves working in different time zones.
Take calls from Global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand.
Willing to work in night shifts; Excellent written & spoken communication skills.
Requirements:
Very good communication skills in English.
Positive attitude, ability and willingness to learn.
Courteous, confident and professional.
Customer Service attitude, ability to work under SLAs.
Problem solving abilities.
Ability to learn and use new tools promptly.
Good grasp of MS Office.
Good idea of Hardware / Networking / OS troubleshooting.
Candidates should be open to US shift and 24x7 operations on rotations (Shift Allowance will be provided)
Selection Process:

GD Round 2: Those who get selected in the 1st round of GD, will go for DXC GD round
Personal Interview: This will be the final round.
Compensation:
The initial fixed compensation will be 2.9 LPA for Freshers. Plus 3 benefits like 10 Lakhs Medical insurance, Accidental insurance, Cab facility & Shift Allowance. 5 days a week work.
