Job role: Intern (For 1st one year) and Associate Software Engineer (Post 1 year)

Training Period: 6 months
Internship Period (Post Training): 6 months
Total Training and Internship Period: 12 months
Remuneration during Training Period: None
Remuneration during Internship Period: Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 35,000 per month
Remuneration for Employment: Rs. 50,000 - Rs. 60,000 per month
Bond: Yes
Bond Duration: 3 Years (Inclusive of Training and Internship Period)
Bond Amount: Rs. 200,000
Tech Stacks candidates may have to learn during training and internships includes (not limited
to):
Ruby On Rails (ROR), NodeJs, ReactJs, AWS, etc.
Note: Candidates will have to use their own equipment during the training period. Organization will provide all required equipment at the start of permanent employment. As an organization dealing primarily with challenging and niche tech stacks, not commonly available in the market we are looking to hire only the best of the best and as such the hiring process would be rigorous. Following is a summary of our hiring process:
A. HR Manager / Dev Manager / Director will conduct an online session with the interested students to go through the company profile and explain any doubts regarding the interview process / nature of employment.
B. Shortlisted Candidates will have to participate in an online coding challenge (with plagiarism checks).
C. Successful Candidates will go through a Technical / HR Interview (online) that will focus on both technical and interpersonal skills of the candidates.
D. Selected candidates will appear for a short discussion with the Director / Dev Manager for final selection.
