CHAI BREAK OR TAKING TIME OFF IN THE URBAN DICTIONARY. The purpose of Chai Break was clear when two school friends from St. James' School, Kolkata decided to join hands to create something unique in F & B segment in 2010. To become synonymous with the experience of 'taking a break' we wish to tap into that very space one steps into when one chooses to take time off. Armed with an MBA degree from Amity Business School, Noida, Anirudh Poddar and Aditya Ladsaria, a student of St. Xavier's College, started their baby steps in the F & B industry with a 50 sq. ft. kiosk that specialised in serving different varieties of tea and snacks. However, the ever-changing trends and likes of the youth required much more to please them. A cup of steaming tea wasn't enough. The requirement for 'chai + something else' was needed. Quickly realising this attitude amongst people, the duo opened up Kolkata's one-of-a-kind hot spot, Chai Break Cafe. Chai Break was a first of its kind café for the youth in Kolkata. And today, Chai Break has capitalized the segment of fun time on a budget. A blockbuster hit amongst youngsters, college-goers, young working professionals, Chai Break has strengthened its presence through 18 outlets, thronging in the cities of Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Durgapur & Guwahati - while charming their fa-vourite goers with a variety of 'chai' and a bouquet of cuisines such as Italian, Chinese & Indian.
Required: Final year 2022 batch of :
BMS, M.Com (Marketing, MSM, IMC Stream. Good command over English communication. Preference to students actively involved in college society/ event committees and/or with internships in social media marketing profiles
JD for Digital Marketing Manager/Sr Executive
Role & Responsibilities:
· End to End planning and execution of all digital marketing campaigns with strict ROI goals
· Responsible for carrying out effective search engine marketing strategies to increase online sales
· Drive conversions from different ad types (search, display, remarketing, shopping ads etc.)
· Measure the ROI of each ad type and allocate assigned budgets smartly across channels, influencer marketing and digital media buying.
· Report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROIs and KPIs).
· Build strong relationships with agency, creative teams and platforms
· Build compelling presentations to effectively communicate data and build a cohesive narrative (of strategy, spends, audiences, ROI) to management.
Criteria:
· 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a minimum of 1-year experience in social media marketing
· Understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
· Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
· Understanding of website analytics tools
· Experience in optimizing google adwords, Facebook and other display campaigns
· Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills in English
· Working knowledge or interest in the Restaurant industry
