Analyst – Data Intelligence Group role, and here are a few details of the job:

• Location: Mumbai/Pune
• Eligibility Criteria: The final year 2022 batch of BSc/MSC in Data Analytics

ResponsibilitiesAssumed:

▪ Executing the projects as an L1 in the team with guidance from the Associate and AVP

▪ Collaborating with Business Analyststo understand requirements and uses analyticaltools to create a data pipeline to provide actionable insights into financial management, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics

▪ Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, where necessary supporting the redesign of infrastructure for greater scalability

▪ Developing sophisticated & innovative analytical solutions and actionable insights for the stakeholder

▪ Acquiring data from multiple sources to convert it in a specified format to be stored in a database for insight generation

▪ Ensuring that the accuracy and integrity of the data is maintained

▪ Creating an ad-hoc report for multiple internal requests across departments

▪ Ready to move between tools and technologies based on the need to the project

Prerequisites:

▪ Preferably for tier 1 engineering college

▪ Knowledgeable in either R or Python

▪ Comfortable with the data pre-processing skills

o Data Gathering, Cleansing, and Normalization

▪ High Quantitative ability and Analytical skills

▪ Well-versed with the basic of DBMS concepts

o SQL, Joins, Views, Triggers, etc.

▪ Good level of expertise in MS-Excel/Macro

▪ Understanding one of the visualization tools

o Tableau, Power BI, Qlik View, etc.

▪ Experience in the analytics domain will be an added plus

Experience

0 - 1 years of experience (preferably with Data analytics courses or certifications)

Education

▪ BE (Computer Science or IT)/ BCA

▪ Bachelors/Master's degree from Tier-1 colleges preferable

• CTC: 8.5 LPA (inclusive of the variable component)
