PR (Intern/Associate):
The Role
The ideal candidate will be a highly focused, self-motivated individual with prior experience in executing successful PR strategies. With experience in drafting media communications and managing media relations, you will also be highly effective in working with cross-functional teams including external agencies, design teams, business managers, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement PR strategies and publicity campaigns for movies Create content for press releases, campaign briefs, case studies, media Q&As Assist in ideating and executing creative engagement campaigns and stories across mediums Develop and implement concepts for premieres, film festivals, awards, and other events including interviews with talent, set visits, and press junkets for original, exclusive and first-run content Collaborate with internal stakeholders including content, marketing, and social media teams to build synergies with PR plans. Ensure consistency of company-wide communication, share best practices, and support impactful media strategies Keep current trends, issues, and news about both the business and consumer worlds of media and entertainment Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant media (celebrity/journalist/artist/other media coordinates) Build and manage relationships with external public relations agencies and other business partners and associates. Build self as the PR subject matter expert for hoichoi/SVF
Qualifications
Graduate with specialization, preferably in Mass Comm/Journalism/Media & Communication with 3-4 years of relevant experience
Must be able to read & speak in Bengali Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Attention to detail & ability to juggle multiple priorities Extremely organized and detail-oriented Proficiency in Excel Scriptwriter (Intern/Associate): SVF is scouting for script writers who would write and develop screenplays for short format social media video contents.
The responsibilities include -
Writing scripts and screenplays for SVF independent Short Video IPs (reference: SVF Stories YT Channel) Writing and scripting SVF Film campaign videos (interviews, short campaign videos, etc.) Work closely with the ideation team
The ideal candidates must have - Excellent knowledge of the Bengali language Demonstrated understanding of current affairs, latest trends and the ability to weave them into appropriate format. Familiarity with the latest developments in the short format ecosystem and popular culture is highly desirable.
Graphic Designer (Intern/Associate):
About the role:
The Graphic Designer will take the lead on setting the visual standard for SVF / Hoichoi and apply web expertise, design aesthetic, typography skills and acute attention to detail.
Role & Responsibilities:
Design and execute pixel-perfect multi-platform marketing collaterals for web and print, including graphics for websites, e-mailers, online banners, brand & product illustrations, logos, pamphlets, catalogues, brochures, event, print and online advertising formats, bill boards, direct mailers, etc. Build and maintain a consistent brand image through creative conceptualizing, design, layout and illustration for a variety of traditional, online and mobile media. Understand briefs and translate concepts into creative, innovative visuals, effectively overseeing projects start to end including on-time delivery. Proven expertise in editing & re-touching photographs / artwork for use in creatives as per brief provided. Work collaboratively and cohesively with a team of copywriters, designers and art director(s). Work independently as well as collaboratively with the creative department and production team on a variety of projects In-depth understanding of site functionality, wire framing, prototyping interfaces, web standards and a passion for experimentation. Drive the design of innovative ideas, products and services for SVF and Hoichoi.
Qualifications:
Experience with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. and a strong understanding of web design principles would be preferred.
Creative and experienced in integrating campaigns in the digital landscape. Quick learner and ability to work in a collaborative work environment
Motion Graphic Designer (Intern/Associate):
About the role:
The Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for developing eye-catching creative for product and branding objectives. This position requires an expert in layout, typography, color and animation who can create complex design systems. The ideal candidate will have a keen ability to influence the audience’s emotions and drive action through the use of motion, language and aesthetics.
Role & Responsibilities:
Design and build visual design concepts: mood boards, mock-ups, screens and motion graphic packages Utilize conceptual and motion design skills to bring ideas to life Use strategic experience to recognize structure, look and feel for specific project. Coordinate with relevant team(s) on integrating product features into visual designs Stay up to date with production toolset and technologies Scope of work Managing Facebook page creative including but not limited to motion cards for promotional videos, motion posters, announcement motion graphics and GIFs. Managing creative outputs for YouTube and other platforms.
Essential Requirements:
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on After Effects would be preferred. Creative in ideating content whilst maintaining tight deadlines Experience in the digital workflow, including codecs, image types, resolutions and frame rates and staying ahead of changing technology is highly preferred Knowledge of 3D is an added advantage.

Knowledge of editing and audio mixing with a focus on packaging. Short Format Video / Reels Creator (Intern/Associate):
hoichoi is looking out for short-format video or reels creator who would be primarily responsible for ideating, shooting and editing the contents that are aligned with the social media trends.
The responsibilities would include but are not restricted to:
Developing creative, fresh, highly engaging video content of 30 seconds to 1 minute duration would inevitably contribute to the growth of target audiences in social media platforms like Instagram. Developing the contents from the scratch that include ideating, shooting as well as editing of the videos on a regular basis. Collaborate fresh ideas with social media marketing trends to yield fun, original, and engaging content line-ups.
The ideal candidates must be:
Creative minds who can bring upon fresh ideas to the table. First hand users who are familiar to social media marketing trends and Instagram and YouTube algorithms. Smart, enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills. Skilled in video editing and shooting with devices like phone and camera. Social Media (Intern/Associate):
About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic & savvy Social Media specialist to build, attract and interact with our communities across platforms. The objective of the role is to drive customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue by utilizing all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. You are an excellent communicator and creative thinker, with the ability to use both data and intuition to make informed decisions. You would be comfortable in an ‘all hands on deck’ environment, thrive in startup culture, and above all are passionate about the brand and its communities.
Responsibilities:
Manage SVF’s social handles and collaborate with multifunctional teams to integrate campaign-specific messaging across channels. Ideate and execute programs to drive social conversation including conceptualizing the social content calendar, curating content, editorial copy, planning promotions & contests, etc. Cross collaborate and help create micro-content such as social graphics, animated GIFs, and short-form video related to campaigns Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Actively collaborate with the Marketing, PR & Category management teams to strategize and implement innovative social media campaigns. Assist the team leads in the development of the social strategy as it relates to messaging, engagement, and content performance Ensure consistency of brand positioning and maintain SVF’s personality and social tone of voice to stay relevant to fans and customers. Desired Skills and Experience: Strong project management/organization skills Passion for writing and an eye for creative detail In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms. Excellent verbal and written skills (Proficiency in Bengali is highly desirable). Ability to take full ownership of areas of responsibility, and proactively conceptualize campaigns.
Educational Background:
