 Niyoto Technologies Private Limited is a technology startup on a mission to build access to great career opportunities for college students in India.  The founders, advisors & partners of Niyoto are individuals who through support, mentorship & guidance have achieved great heights in their own personal career (Please see attached file) and now they want to give forward what was given to them.  

The Truth :

• The industry is reeling with unprecedented rates of attrition and yet millions of talented students struggle to get their first break.  
  
• University placements are largely limited to engineering & management students, while as much as 85.5% of graduates in India are from other disciplines.
• Anecdotal inputs suggest that over 70% of freshers struggle in their first jobs due to a lack of understanding of "what corporates expect" .

Academic Institutions: We request your encouragement and support to the students to participate in Niyoto Catalyst, there are no fees or charges from either students or the academic institutions for the entire process of Niyoto Catalyst 2022.

Expectations from the Academic Institutions

- Help us authenticate your students by enabling access through a unique college email or enrollment number (registration for the Niyoto Catalyst only using the College/ University unique id) - Help with communication to the students: Distribute the posters & communication of Niyoto Catalyst through your communication channels - Optional: Nominate interested faculty members who would want to work along with industry mentors to help their respective students
