Role: Resource Management Executive

Work location: Mumbai

Required: The final year 2022 batch of  UG and PG Students

Role & Responsibilities:

● Resource planning and allocation - smart matching people to projects based on their skills, previous experience, availability & project requirements

● Internal talent pool and bench management

● Demand-supply process management - manage and execute the processes org-wide, drive change management, innovate/re-engineer existing processes to meet evolving business needs

● Create and deliver effective reports on the bench, utilization to drive right actions in the organization

● Cross-functional collaboration - Partner and build relationships with the business to drive day to day process needs, change management, and also improve process efficiency

Capabilities Expected :

● Effective communication and networking (significant communication involved with employees and stakeholders)

● Excellent spreadsheet skills

● Interest in stakeholder management - organization and people focussed mindset

● Ability in positive conflict resolution, enthusiasm for problem-solving and solution-oriented thinking
