Job Description:
· The goal is to drive sustainable growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
· Responsible for selling residential properties.
· Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales.
· Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.
· Identifying customers, giving presentations and closing the deals independently.
· Develop Houseey as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.
· Exploring new business development opportunities by leveraging client relationships developed over the years in previous work assignments.
· Strong client focus including pre- and post-sales services for long term wealth retention.
· A self-motivated & passionate individual
· Should have excellent communications skills and high on Emotional Quotient
Desired Candidate Profile
Good communication skills written and verbal.
MS office
Customer relationship
Sales & Negotiations
Energy, Enthusiasm, and Confidence
Candidate must have his own Vehicle (any 2-wheeler)
CTC / Stipend *:
Probation Period 3 Months for that 15k Stipend
Once they complete their probation period then
5 LPA (Fixed-3 LPA & Variables(Incentives)-2 LPA) + Health Insurance*
Joining date: Immediately
