Organica Biotech Private Limited is a 21 year old company which deals in Biotechnology based manufacturing and research. We manufacture Organic Products that are used for treating the various environmental problems and thus we are an impact organisation, environmental sustainability, protection and upliftment being our main business moto/ethos. Our products are used in the areas of B2B business like Agriculture (biofertilizers), Aquaculture (probiotics for fishes, shrimps and animal husbandry), Bioremediation (treatment of waster water and solid effluents that are released from industries), Sanitation & HoReCa (Sanitation - septic tank management, odour control, solid waste management from toilets and kitchen etc. HoReCa - commercial cleaning solutions in Hotel, Restaurants, Cafes). B2C business like home cleaning products - kitchen, utensils, floor, toilet cleaners, hand wash etc. Our R&D lab is well equipped and is recognised by Ministry of Education to offer PHD degrees to students. We have also been recognised in the World Microbial Forum in 2021 for our major contribution in the Bioremediation segment.


Required: The final year 2022 batch of M.Sc - Microbiology and Biotechnology

Job Description:

Position: Sales Executive

Department: Waste Water Management (Bio-remediation)

Place of posting: Chembur Head Office for 180 days and thereafter they can be posted at any location in India wherever there are industrial plants/ETPs/STPs etc. Candidates from tier 2 or 3 cities shall be preferred.
Educational qualification : BSc/MSc in Biotechnology or Microbiology, Chemical engineering, Environmental science or BE in Biotechnology 

Experience: Freshers or 1 year experience in wastewater industrial sales

Skills: Smart, go getter, willing to work hard especially in initial years to grow with the organisation eventually, good verbal and written English communication (not mandatory though), basic MS office knowledge. 
Key responsibilities : Field visits, concept selling to prospective clients, lead and enquiry handling, lead generation from database, cold calling, customer visits, responsible for generating sales as per set targets, account development, customer queries handling (technical), etc. These candidates will be trained at HO for 180 days and then placed be placed to their residential town for field work.

Preference - Male Candidates

Compensation:
1. 2.5LPA-3LPA (compensation is revised annually) + Incentives + Other perks from time to time.
2. Accommodation assistance - a semi furnished sharing accommodation at nominal rent only for outstation students shall be provided (included in package)
