Allround is a global online-school providing live extracurriculars for children. At Allround, we are building a new kind of education company with a focus on extracurriculars. We are on a mission to help the next generation of children to be creative and expressive. Extracurriculars ensure the complete and holistic development of a child, making them real-world ready. We are a small team that is fully distributed and are looking to add problem solvers and thinkers in our team. We believe that all children are gifted: children are born curious with a lot of creativity. Our current education system is designed in a manner that children grow out of creativity and not into creativity. Creativity is as important as literacy. We need a new way of education, where the focus is on exploring, thinking, and learning while having fun rather than fighting for grades.

We at Allround are offering students of educational institutes such as yours an opportunity to participate in an Industry Project/Internship. This project will be in the domain of Social Media marketing and will allow students the opportunity to learn the basics of building a brand on Social Media. Following will be the contours of the Project :

1. Job Description - Attached in trailing mail

2. Eligibility (course, year) - No bar

3. Selection Process - Shortlist

4. Perks - Performance-based Incentives, Internship Certificate, Masterclass with Industry mentors

5. Duration - 2 Months

6. Nature of Work (work from home/part-time/full time) - WFH(1-hour daily input )

Required Skills:

Active social media account (ex. Fb, reddit)

Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding

business targets.

Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment.

Good communication skills.
