Job designation : Associate Consultant-TA

No. of position available: 15 Nos for fresh graduates.

Job Description:

 Role:

                

·       Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

·       Screening resumes

·       Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

·       Administering appropriate company assessments

·       Performing reference and background checks

·       Making recommendations to company hiring managers

·       Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

·       Prepare candidates before interviews with the clients. 

·       Following up on the interview process status

·       Maintaining relationships with both internal and external 

·       Clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

·       Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.

·       Create talent pipelines with high potential candidates for future job opportunities. This can be through LinkedIn and other social media portals or job sites & referrals. 

·       Adopt quickly to changing high priority roles and deliver with agility 

·       Willing to Work for 6 days a week, 10am-7pm.

Package offered: Rs. 3/-LPA CTC, (Annual Package including benefits) plus Quarterly Incentives earned by the employee. Benefits of Private Limited Company like EPF, medical as per India Govt. regulation.

 

Qualification:

                

·       Fresh Graduate (Any Stream)

·       Good English Communication.

·       Ability to work optimally in high pressure situations and come up with a creative ways of hitting your targets

·       Unwavering ability to work in a fast paced environment

Date of Campus: Willing to decide mutually. We are ready for next week. We will conduct Virtual Campus, with Google Meet / Zoom Meet. The ID of the meeting room will be shared by us. Five member panel will be present in the interview from the company side. We will require the number of participants with their brief CV to conduct the same.

Other Important Details.

1)Selected candidates will get a thorough training for fifteen days, before they start the work on their own.

Currently Work From Home. Infrastructure Required from candidate side : Own laptop with wifi connection, Smart phone with calling facilities.
