Description


Role Summary

We are looking for an intern to join our Alumni & Referral Marketing Team. The person will be

responsible to drive adoption of Evangelist program amongst the sales team.

Roles & Responsibilities

 The Incumbent will be responsible towards driving awareness and adoption of the Evangelist

program amongst sales team. (30-40 calls daily)

 Will be responsible towards improving the overall uptake of the program and helping the

Sales team towards navigating through the process

 Will be deriving insights from the data available and defining strategy for Sales team to

improve overall performance of the Sales individual

 Co-ordinating with multiple stakeholders for smoother functioning of daily sessions

Skills Required

 Background in Sales and Marketing

 Ability to work as part of a team and liaise with multiple internal & external

stakeholders

 Very strong drive to develop insights from data sets to enable informed decision

making for the function

 Excellent Communication skills – Written & verbal

 Excellent problem-solving and management skills
