Job Title : Business Development Executive ( Inside Sales ) 

Job Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore

We are looking for energetic folks with 0-2 years of experience, who will be responsible to build a market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business relationships across Bangalore. 

Candidates have to sign a contract with us for 1 year. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Prospect for potential new clients and this into increased business.
  2. Cold Call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. 
  3. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
  4. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  5. Research and build relationships with new clients.
  6. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  7. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  8. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
  9. Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites are fulfilled within a timely manner.
  10. Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.

Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism, Proficient in English and Hindi.

Salary : 2.76 L CTC ( Basic Salary 2.16 L  +  60k ( Variable incentive)  ) 
Annual Bonus (1% of annual sale generated)
