Seekify is an early-stage startup in the Ed-tech space looking to revolutionize the way learning and hiring works. Founded by IIT Kanpur, Stanford and INSEAD Alumni and backed by Sequoia Capital, we are on a mission to help millions of Indian youth launch a successful career. Seekho, which is a product of Seekify, is a video-first micro learning-based community. With Seekho you can learn just about anything you want to in a minute. Seekho is a world where knowledge meets seekers, craft meets creation.
Overview
We live in an era where change is the only constant. To keep up with the ever-evolving changes our education system should always be one step ahead rather than lag in its offerings. Henceforth, we believe Higher Education in India needs to be supplemented with Career relevant upskilling with a special focus on making graduates job ready/ employable.
Currently students are absolutely confused while choosing a career path for themselves. For a few who know, the path ahead is faint. They do not know how to go about getting a Job or Build a Career in their chosen path. Over and above the ever persisting inaccessibility to approach the right mentors/ Industry experts. Student behaviour and requirements have changed over time. Flexibility and personalisation is now the key to an “all inclusive” subscription that helps them land their dream job.
Goals
A go-to-market strategy is an action plan detailing how a company will launch a new product or relaunch an existing product in a new market. The purpose of a GTM strategy is to offer a compelling and unique value proposition to your target audience in order to enhance the customer experience and gain a competitive advantage. Typically a GTM strategy contains a business plan that outlines a sales strategy, pricing strategy, and marketing plan.

Roles & Responsibilities
I. Identifying user personas
It is extremely important to know the target market, which is why creating a user persona is crucial. Represent your ideal customer base by researching the potential customers, the problems that the product will solve. Your user research should include buyer personas, target markets demographics, behaviors, pain points, contact methods, paying capacity.
II. Create Value Proposition
A product marketing team crafts a value matrix in order to zero in on messaging that best connects a product to the problem it's solving. A value matrix also communicates the purpose of a product to all stakeholders. To create a value matrix, make a chart listing each of your buyer personas. For each buyer persona, list their pain points, how your product is valuable in relation to those pain points, and a message that clearly describes how your product will solve the pain points. A value matrix is an essential tool for understanding the buyer's journey
III. Outline a GTM strategy
Out of the many GTM strategies, Choose one or more GTM strategies that best fit your needs,depending on the product, market, and business model. In order to raise awareness of your product launch, you need to determine whether you want to use inbound or outbound marketing efforts.
IV. Generate product demand & create buzz
Understand the demand of the product by maximum research survey to back it with data. Further decide methods to enhance demand and raise awareness of the product launch.

How does it work?
Stage 1: User Research & GTM Plan
Every student is required to do extensive user research for the launch of the neo school.
Prepare a GTM backed based on the survey results.
Expected Timeline: 2 weeks
Deliverables: GTM plan (backed by research)
*Guidelines and Template of the plan will be shared with the interested candidates
Stage 2: GTM Launch
Shortlisted interns will get the opportunity to work with a fast paced startup and launch the product in the market. Company employees will work with the interns & implement the GTM strategy suggested by the interns.
Expected timeline: 4-8 weeks
Stipend: 5k (fixed) + 5k (performance based)
Stage 3: Final Selection
Full time offer letters will be rolled out to interns subject to their performance.
Eligibility
1. Students across all streams and all batches are eligible to undertake this Live Project
2. Under Graduates and Post Graduates both can apply
