JD - Finance Intern

WH AT WI L L Y O U DO

Accounting of transactions into QuickBooks, Reconciling the Bank transactions, Maintenance of Invoice registers, Helping with month closure activities, Computing revenue on a monthly basis Debiting fees and preparing AR schedule, Computing Partner fees and invoicing, Computing the revenue from Funds and maintaining the collection register, Maintaining Vendor and Bank relationships and coordinating with them for any issues, Preparing various MIS reports and other reports as per the defined timelines, Additional duties as necessary

WH AT ARE WE L O O KI N G F O R?

Woking knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Google sheets, Working knowledge in Quick Books is an added advantage, Working knowledge in creating dashboards in data tools will be an added advantage, Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard, Strong analytical skills and is comfortable dealing with numerical data. Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders, Candidate must be self-driven, be hands-on and motivated

In depth research of the market and competition, Be an advocate of the users, research on the user requirements, evaluation of the features and asks, Work on the product roadmap, Define, document and communicate objectives, requirements and constraints for, product initiatives, Build the initial wireframes, work with the design team, Work with the business and operations teams to identify map out the processes and define the requirements, Work on the data related to the product, run analysis, and draw insights
