Location: Pune (presently work from home)

Required: The final year 2022 batch of any Graduate / Post Graduate

Designation: Freelance Editor

Responsibilities:

• Copyedit and proofread a wide variety of documents, including essays,

dissertations, résumés, brochures, websites, newsletters, novels,

screenplays, and more

• Ensure the documents are free of all English language errors, including

flaws in the grammar, typography, spelling, punctuation, sentence

construction, word choice, etc.

• Improve the sentence structure, clarity, flow and consistency of the

writing

• Give the writer critical feedback and suggestions on the content and

organisation

Required Skills:

• Excellent linguistic skills, with high proficiency in grammar and an

extensive vocabulary

• Strong communication skills and a keen sensitivity to the writer’s

intended message

• Good research skills, with a high level of curiosity and general

awareness

• Knowledge of academic and publishing guidelines such as the APA,

MLA, and Chicago styles

Designation: Sales Associate

Type: Full-time ( Rotational shifts )

Experience: Freshers

Responsibilities:

 Contacting potential clients via email or phone to build rapport and close deals.

 Engaging with leads/clients over chat, resolve queries, pitch product details to ensure conversion

 Use CRM efficiently and follow-up regularly to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

 Research client base to find new customers across potential markets and initiate business

collaberations.

 Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure effective delivery to the client

 Provide customer support to leads and clients over chat and call

Desired Profile of Candidates:

 English Proficiency - spoken and written

 Good communication skills

 Knowledge of MS Excel as well as working in Google Sheets

 Good typing speed

 Candidates must be self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to complete demanding

tasks.

Salary: Upto a maximum of INR 3 LPA (this will be based on the candidate’s skills and last drawn salary

figure)

Work Schedule: 5-day work week normally; rotational shifts as shown below:

 Asia: 6:45 AM to 2:45 PM

 UK: 2:45 PM to 10:45 PM

 US: 10:45 PM to 6:45 AM
