We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are willing to build their career in the teaching sector. College students are highly encouraged to apply for the 3 months paid internship.

About the company

Blackboard Radio (BBR) is an award-winning venture-funded ed-tech enterprise started by IIT Delhi alumni. It has raised a pre-series investment by Sequoia and Omidyar Network. It’s early backers include Titan Capital, Villgro Innovation Foundation & CIIE, IIM Ahmedabad. The company is based in Bangalore and currently works with thousands of students across small-town India. Our mission is to make students in India become global citizens where they can express themselves confidently and fluently. We are solving the problem of "Silent English" - i.e. students in small towns of India, even after going to English medium schools can read and write in English BUT cannot speak English fluently and confidently. We solve this problem by making students practice English speaking on the BBR app and provide them with constructive feedback from expert teachers. This is an online teaching opportunity. We are looking for a female English teacher only. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detailed and excellent communication skills. If you are comfortable in taking live classes, you hold proficiency in Grammar and Speaking English and are passionate about teaching kids, we would like to hire you.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Spoken English Teacher-:

-Taking live English sessions.

-The teacher will be taking 3 sessions in a day, each session would be around 60 mins.

-The candidate should be available from 4:00-8:00 PM for 6 days i.e. Monday-Saturday.

-Content preparation for the session

-Documentation of the sessions

Remuneration depends upon the position type
