Job Responsibilities:

Maintaining and updating the Insurance details for New hires and Terminations along with relevant additions/changes for all employees in Company Portal.
Maintaining Files and Records
MIS and Compliance
Manage End to end recruitment
 Searching potential candidates
Conducting campus placements.
Conducting interviews.
Manage Joining formalities.
Assisting in other HR related activities.
Employee relation and Engagement.

Job Location: Kolkata

Educational Requirements:
B.A- English Honours
Mass Com - Advertising
BCom / BBA / MCom -  Marketing Management
BBA - Human Resource Management or relevant streams.

Desired Profile:
Should have strong English communication skills (Oral & written).
Should possess good inter-personal skills.
