·        As it is lockdown currently: they need to generate an idea for online events, gather masses, do events for awareness about aashman and various social agendas about the NGO itself, collaborate with brands & individuals to make the event happen, handle team etc.

 

5.   Video Editor (2 Months)

 

·        A person must be professional and should be aware of all the editing done in the video.

 

6.Fundraising (45 Days)

·        In case of fundraising person must be energetic and ready to connect with new individuals as well as institutional organisations

·        Need to support organisation in running campaigns with monetary as well as in-kind support, for example, if milk donation drive is going on then he should be the first one to spread this to people in the City through all platforms of social media or over the phone calls, and he can bring cash support or milk support to the needed ones.

·        Means he must be told how to do the establishment of communication and achieve the desired outcome.

 

7. Youth Mediathon (6 Months)

 

·        KRA

o   Intern has to make videos on projects

o   Success stories would be displayed as a project

o   Responsible for maintaining data for a weekly, fortnight, monthly reports in work update magazine.

o   Smart and small blogs would be required

o   Need to connect with social influencers for social networking

o   Minimum Tenure is 6 months in YOUTH MEDIATHON

 

8. Graphic design

·        They need to make graphics - posters, videos etc. for digital platforms using their creative skills
