It is a start-up based out of Kolkata and we are going pan-India .We have recently started with our Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Guwahati, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Nagpur, Indore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Ludhiana and Pune operations.

Relationship Managers:
This role requires working closely with the top management and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise solutions across given geographies. Someone with good know-about of consultative selling approach anchored around value creation and problem solving shall be a best fit for the role. This role will also involve innovative problem solving and constructive interaction of existing client base. 

Business Development Executives:
The position requires you to work in a team of like-minded, enthusiastic individuals in a highly communicative work environment that thrives on building meaningful relationships. You would need to manage end-to-end sales processes for enterprises throughout their respective cycles, where thinking on your feet is absolutely vital. A person well versed with consultative selling approaches anchored around value creation is expected, but having a highly personable manner of interacting with our clients would be absolutely perfect! As they say, we take our work much more seriously than ourselves! 

Salary Structure:
1. Rs. 2.4 Lakh to Rs. 3.6 Lakh CTC + High Incentives + Reimbursements (For Relationship Managers)
2. Stipend of Rs. 5000 per month + High Incentives + Reimbursements (For Business Development Executives)

DESIGNATION – Sales Manager       
Role Description
The Sales Intern role in Swiggy is responsible for growing and managing relationships with restaurants in cities which are already present on the Swiggy platform.
Job Description:
·         Sign Contracts with restaurants along and handling the inquiries from existing and new clients
·          Gather sales leads from the market and approach restaurants actively, from no star to 5 stars, and get them on board with Swiggy as a partner.
·         Maintaining a strong relationship with restaurant owners and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on the same
·         Reach out to clients, create suitable offers and sign-up corporate users to increase subscriber base.
·         Conduct promotional events / marketing activities to develop new contacts and increase user base
·         Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
·         Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue agreed targets, and promoting the organisation’s presence and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organisation’s presence.
·         Should be able to handle potential clients when on field as the first in command.
·         Being the face of Swiggy in the market and standing up for the values we believe in.

·         Graduate with 1-3 year of experience in similar field.

DESIGNATION – Account Manager 
Role Description
The Account Manager roles in Swiggy is responsible for growing and managing relationships with restaurants in cities which are already present on the Swiggy platform.
Role Expectations & Responsibilities
·      Revenue generation for Swiggy through converting all relevant restaurants to the standardized commission rates
·      Drive increased revenue through non-commission channels such as Ad product sales
·      Work with partner restaurants to help them build and grow their business through enhanced menu options, reduced edits, identify and solve logistics  issues, etc.
·      Drive and support partner restaurants in adhering to SOP compliance with Swiggy
·      Liaison with partner restaurants to execute new initiatives from Swiggy’s end


·         Relevant experience of 1-3 years and in the space of partner/account relationship management
·         Graduate in any discipline from a reputed institution
·         Working closely with multiple operations teams to ensure smooth functioning
·         Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
·         Vendor management skills
·         Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and work with a team. A “get-it-done” self-starter who not only gets it done quickly and smartly, but delivers a high quality result.
