1) Every week we will be providing questionnaires to the candidates via mail/whatsapp and the candidates have to interview their friends/relatives based on these questions.
2) The interviews will be recorded by you and you will be also writing a transcript of the following interview. Once it is done, you will be sending it to us.
3) Every week you need to complete at least 7-10 interviews. The final target at the end of the project will be 50 interviews per student in a span of six weeks.

The duration of the project is six weeks and it will be a work from home project which means you do not have to report in office.

The distribution of stipend will be Rs 3000 for the best performer, Rs 2000 for the second best performer and Rs 1000 for the third best performer. Though we would like everyone to get compensated for their efforts but as we are in our initial stage and this is something new that we are trying so providing compensation to everyone won't be possible. That being said, we understand the importance of hard work and dedication and so we have decided to also keep pre placement offer for the exceptional performers.
