Position Head - Product Development - Job profile will mainly involve the following:
  • Brainstorming new features, functions that can be added to the product to open more business opportunities for the company.
  • Understanding client requirements from the business development team and studying the feasibility of the same with the software development team - then coming up with a final solution.
  • Making presentations on the above requirements - covering every detailed aspect of the product to ensure a smooth process flow while development & execution - both for the business & the consumer.
  • Meeting clients occasionally to close queries related to the product which the business development team is unable to resolve.
  • Heading a team of 4-5 people and ensuring proper management & allocation of tasks among them.
Eligibility: Final Year B.Com (Morning) Students and Graduates from any department.

Nature of Job: 3 Months probation. After the probation period, the candidate may be offered a full time job based on their performance during the probation period.

3 Step Selection Process: Shortlisting of Resume - Personal Interview (Technical Round) - Personal Interview (HR Round)

Compensation: Rs. 5,000 per month during the probation period. Salary to be paid after the probation period will be negotiated in the HR interview itself and will depend upon the candidate's academic background & work experience, if any.
