The virtual interviews will commence from April 28, 2021 onwards and in batches. The interview invites, link and necessary guidelines will be sent directly to the candidates a day prior or 4- 12 hours prior to the interview date or interview.

 

·         We request that you inform the candidates to keep digital copies of the following documents ready for the interview:

• Resume with photograph embedded on the first page

·        Portfolio of the candidate

·         The work submitted by the candidate during the Online design test

• College identity card
• 10th, 12th / Diploma, and all UG & PG educational documents
• Aadhar card

 

·         Please validate the attached list of students’ university roll number with your placement records & ensure their availability

·         Kindly inform students to have uninterrupted high-speed internet connectivity, webcam, mic, and laptop for the interview

·         Also let us know if any of the candidates would neither be available nor interest for the process so that we can exclude them from the interview process

·         We once again would like to let you know that the interview schedule would be shared with the candidates 4-12 hours prior to the interview time and the candidates are requested to check their emails/junk folders, every morning at 8 am so that they would not miss the schedule.

·          We request you to urge the candidates to log in as per the schedule, dressed in formal attire
