Educational Qualifications:
  • Graduates/Post Graduates from any stream preferably B. Com(Marketing & Finance), BBA(Marketing & Finance), M. Com
  • Up to 1 year of professional experience (post graduation) in the Marketing of Financial products
  • Fresher’s with good knowledge of Financial Market will also be considered
Knowledge/Skills/ Personal attributes:
  • Understanding of stock market
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), convincing skills
  • Good-looking, impactful personality
  • Conversant in Bengali, English, Hindi, Marwari (preferable)
  • Ability to learn quickly

  • Should be ready to travel in and around Kolkata anytime for business development

Brief Job Role:
  • Bring new clients/franchisees in Ashika for equity, commodity, currency broking and Bond distribution
  • No reluctance to do Tele-Calling for lead generation
  • Should be completely amenable to do on-road marketing for lead generation and conversion
  • Coordinate with departments to provide best after-sales service to client/franchisee
  • Do regular visits to clients/franchisee
