About CCAP

CCAP is an innovative solution for talent augmentation
It is a two-year intensive work-cum-study programme with CRISIL Ltd.
The programme is aimed at developing world-class financial professionals for analyst roles in CRISIL
Trained by handpicked CCAP faculty from top business schools, CRISIL professionals and industry experts.

They are continuously groomed and mentored to move up the value chain
On successful completion of the programme, all participants continue working at their
respective businesses, at an increased salary of Rs6 lakh p.a (plus performance-based variable pay).
Participants do not pay anything for the education
CRISIL uses a rigorous selection criteria, chooses the cream and has a best-in-class curriculum
The programme has gained acceptance from the industry, CRISIL clients and the academia.
2 year intensive work cum study programme
Starts with six week finance boot-camp
Thereafter, participants work four days a week. They attend classes on Fridays and Saturdays
Four Semesters of 6 month each
Salary
Participants will be paid an annual salary of Rs 1.25 lakhs p.a during the first year and 2.5 lakhs p.a during the second year of the programme.
At the end of two years, the participants would be paid a minimum salary of Rs. 6 lakhs p.a
Location
The programme will be conducted entirely in Mumbai
Batch Size
The intake for the batch of 2014 – 16 will be approximately 60 participants

Eligibility :
The basic qualification needed is a Bachelors' degree with at least 55% marks, or equivalent CGPA. Final-year students can also apply.
Final year students also can apply. Must have scored an aggregate of 50% so far.
The candidate should be born on or after January 1, 1989.

Selection Process
CRISIL Aptitude Test will be conducted. CAT /XAT scores may be considered if they meet the minimum cut-off
Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI) will be held.
Final selection is based on profile, test scores, performance in group discussion & personal interview
Minimum Cut-off for CAT / XAT :
Overall score of 90 percentile and above with a minimum of 80 percentile in each sections. Such applicants will directly appear for the GD/PI round.
