As a Sales Manager, your main task at hand will be recruiting agents who will be sourcing insurance policies from market using natural market and other sources. You will be responsible for getting quality business. You will be required to source the insurance policies while complying with the guidelines set forth in the company sales policy. The execution of these tasks must be accomplished in such manner which is both sales supportive and risk averse.

Require: Final year B.Com, BBA, COP - Marketing


Job Responsibilities
·         The incumbent will be responsible for recruiting agents, training, mentorship and managing a team
·         The person in the role will be responsible for sourcing new business from market and acquiring them through entrepreneurs
·         The incumbent will be responsible for on boarding quality business by minimizing delinquency and rejection
·         To identify the changing market trends and act accordingly also suggest ways of developing the channel overall
·         Implement new ideas and think out of the box
Key skills required
·         Min. Graduate in any stream, B.com will be preferred
·         Experience in life insurance industry is an added advantage
·         Good communication skills and self-motivated
·         Hardworking and resilient in nature
·         Comfortable with sales targets
Compensation:
·         Fixed CTC Rs.2-4/- lpa
·         Lucrative incentive as per industry standard
·         Fast track promotion policy applicable
