We started out in 2015 with a goal of raising the aspirations of young India and believing in
equal opportunities for all. Our stories and speakers echo one desire- to inspire action. We
stand for and with changemakers, disruptors and doers. Josh Talks has become one of India’s largest and fastest growing impact media platforms with a viewership of more than 80 Million in a content ranging across 8 languages including English, Hindi, Tamil, Gujarati, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu & Punjabi. Recognized by the Economic Times and Forbes under the “50 Hot Startups of 2017” and “Asia 30 under 30” list for 2018 respectively, Josh Talks has successfully organized 500+ events in over 30 cities. Our workplace is a warm and welcoming environment that comprises of people from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and interests who have come together to stand for one purpose-bringing impactful stories to you. Responsibilities -
● Travel across cities and organize workshops educating women about their fundamental
rights
● Establishing strong concepts about gender equality, consent and feminism and hence
strongly believing in the concept yourself
● Engage the audience with interactive activities and build a community of strong, self
reliant and well-informed women who take away actionable insights from the workshops
Skills -
● Strong Moderation skills
● Engaging public speaking skills
● Confidence to tackle sensitive issues and speak about the same
● Preferably an active participant in college activities during her college days
