We are a group of successful professionals with Top B school / IIT pedigree and we are trying to build a world-class Ed-Tech platform - Grad2live. We believe Ed Tech platforms can evolve a lot more than just video recordings and can significantly contribute to the 360 Degree development of a learner as well as the education ecosystem.

Internship Domains:

1. Business Development: In this role, you will reach out to potential customers and educators in

a range of verticals like Education, Health, Music, Experience etc. such as education institutions,

training centers, Individuals and corporate groups. You will have full control of the entire sales

cycle from lead generation to closing the deal

• Plan, Develop and Manage the learners and educator eco system,

• Conceptualize incentives / commission model for educators, explore and recommend

the monetization channels for the platform.

• Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of educators and clients

• Collaborate with Digital marketing team to identify the right target audience

and generate engagement for the platform.

2. Marketing (Digital / social) /Content creation -

• Content creation for different social media channels and Blogs to ensure engagement

for the Brand.

• Conceptualize a Brand identity for Grad2Live, Identify the right channels and influencers

to build and strengthen identity.

• Own the various marketing channel to deliver hyper growth in engagement and Brand

recall

• Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback

• Video Content creation and Creatives development

3. Subject Matter Expert based Content-Subject of Competency

4.Technology

• Android Application Development (front end and Back End)

• Website Development (Front End and Back End)

• Proficient in Node JS, React JS, Flutter, R or Python

5.HR

• Manpower analysis

• HR Operations

• HR Analytics opportunities and potential solutions

• HR Management flows
