## Analyst Compliance

The Role & Responsibilities:
▪ Ensuring staff compliance with the compliance manual at all times
▪ Conducting staff compliance audits periodically as per the compliance calendar and maintaining the breach tracker
▪ Intimating the employees of their breach status and escalating it to the compliance head in case of a dispute
▪ Collecting evidence from the different process owners/ departments and validating their Self-audit questionnaires
▪ Designing monthly scores for such self-audit questionnaires and reporting to the compliance head for review
▪ Drafting SOPs, ensuring compliance to SOPs and reviewing them on an annual basis
▪ Conducting Internal Audits across departments as per the audit calendar and preparing the draft audit report
▪ Preparing and maintaining the ATR (action taken report) and following-up with the process owners for the closure of ATR points
▪ Staying abreast of regulatory/ international laws and ensuring compliance
▪ Providing clarification/interpretations of guidelines to employees/ users/ operational departments
▪ Accessing the compliance risks on new products/processes and suggest steps for mitigation of risks
Prerequisites:
▪ Sound understanding of auditing/compliance
▪ Strong eye for detail
▪ Good command over written and spoken English
▪ Ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills
▪ Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
▪ Basic understanding in Compliance/ Internal Audit role with consulting firms – upper mid-size/ BIG 4s or with leading
investment bankers, etc.

## Analyst HR 


The Role & Responsibilities:
An Analyst in the Human Resources department will be responsible for supporting comprehensive human resource programs and
performing related duties in-line with the overall objectives of the department and the organization. The Analyst will perform functions
such as talent acquisition, operations, and analysis, employee engagement.
Prerequisites:

Business Partner
▪ Coordinating and facilitating focus groups, surveys, skip meets/one-on-one interviews, and other methodologies
▪ Assisting in framing, analyzing and revising the existing HR policies and identifying policy gaps and creating new policies
▪ Generating monthly reports for management and stakeholders
Employee Engagement
▪ Organizing and managing employee welfare and development activities to ensure positive employee engagement and
communication
▪ Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives like employee satisfaction surveys, and engagement strategies
to retain talent
▪ Strategizing, designing and planning activities for employees like office celebrations, annual day, milestone achievement etc.
▪ Identifying type and cost of programs, remaining budget-conscious & ensuring that programs reflect company values
Compensation & Benefits
▪ Designing & reviewing Compensation & Benefits strategies for the organization
▪ Discussing offers and compensation with the candidates
▪ Staying abreast with market trends in relation with compensation patterns and suggesting implementation of the same in the
organization
▪ Continuously monitoring, developing, and improving the performance appraisal process

## Analyst - Internal Strategy & Reporting


Roles and Responsibilites:
An Analyst in the Internal Strategy and Reporting department has a multi-faceted role, which includes performing extensive data
analysis, working on various strategic projects for management, tracking various client and employee details, and reporting while
working closely with an Associate in the team.
ResponsibilitiesAssumed:
▪ Creating periodic business performance reports for management to review revenue growth, operational performance, etc.
▪ Creating, maintaining, and analyzing performance reports -tracking data such as utilization, service usage, feedback, etc. to
gauge satisfaction levels across the delivery and non delivery teams
▪ Providing support for the analysis, evaluation, reporting, and presentation of strategic projects
▪ Working with various internal departments to facilitate business planning, and enabling business decision-making

## Analyst - Training - Pune

Overview:
An Analyst in the Training department has a multi-faceted role, which includes facilitating training programs across all levels &
departments. The Analyst works closely with the Associate and the AVP while analyzing strategic initiatives related to learning and
development.
The Role and responsibilities:
▪ Checking the training needs and preparing the training schedules for various departments and programs
▪ Building training schedules, trainer and training assistants’ mapping, and sending trainer materials to trainer and training
assistants
▪ Feedback management including deploying feedback forms, preparing feedback analysis excel and documentation of program
wise feedbacks
▪ Analyzing the effectiveness of training and assessments conducted at all levels
▪ Coordinating with external vendors and other internal departments such as HR, Compliance, Admin, IT, and Operations
▪ Preparing presentations to update the activities and initiatives of the training team
