Require: B.Com / BBA / M.Com - Finance (2nd / 3rd yr)
Time frame - 12 weeks
Internship time - 10 am to 6 pm
Location - Kolkata head office
Job Description :
1) Liaison with Banks and Financial institutions for completing KYC documentation, submitting them and successfully completing them
2) Documentation for opening of Demat accounts for corporate accounts
3) Closing of non - operative accounts
4) Dematting physical shares and bonds
5) Selling of un quoted stocks and bonds by liaisoning with specialised brokers dealing in such stocks
6) Updating MOA and AOA and getting those printed
7) Presentation of new business ideas for a finance & leasing company
