The Sports Recruitment Day will consist of two rounds:
1. Sports: we will play sports along with the candidates to asses personalities, vitality, attitude & behaviour specific to the needs of Decathlon Sports India
2. Interview: shortlisted candidates from the sports round will be interviewed by the panelists
Schedule of the Sports Recruitment Day:
10:00 - 10:30 - Company Presentation
10:30 - 12:30 - Sports Round
1:30 - 4:30 - Panel Interview
Results will be announced on the same day.
The positions we would be hiring for are:
1. Retail Supplier (Supply Chain) for our brands:
- Quechua: climbing, mountaineering, trekking, camping etc
- Kipsta: team sports
- Kalenji: running
- Domyos: fitness, dance, combat sports
- Btwin:cycling
- Tribord: water sports
- Artengo: racquet sports
- Oxelo: skating, skate-boarding
- FLX: cricket
- Nature: fishing, hunting
2. Department Manager (Store): for all the aforementioned brands
Campus Drive Date: 12th March 2013
