Require: Fresh Graduate / Master - B.Com / BBA / M.Com (Marketing)
Job Description:
Marketing activities:
Coordinating (with or without participation) in promotional activities and trade shows,
working with developers and production managers to market brand and products.
Managing the production of marketing materials.
Management of advertising and PR agencies and other strategic partners.
Negotiate contracts with various providers and producers to manage marketing
deliverable.
Market Research activities:
Coordinate newsletter stories from various sources – newspapers, mailers, websites, etc.
Monitoring competitive activities and present findings to Department head.
Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
Tracking and collecting data both from domestic and Global markets. (Newsletter)
Follow Real Estate News and Government policies and its effect accordingly.

Other activities:
Manage and maintain website updates in conjunction with the website developer.
Monitor CRM database and produce weekly reports
Attending meetings and drafting minutes of the meeting and ensuring follow up on the
same with respective parties to the meeting.
Assisting the team leader in maintaining database and implementing strategic systems
and other administrative matters.
Skill set required:
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Presentation, etc.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Flair for reading and writing (content writing)
Forward looking personality with a positive attitude
Previous experience in the real estate sector and/ or an interest in the said domain will help the
candidate seek preference amongst others.
