Eligibility Criteria:
Age: minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years as on 01-04-2014
(age relaxation as per Govt rules)
Education Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline as on 10-08-2014
Students in the final year of graduation / final semester may also apply subject to the condition that they should be graduates as on 10-08-2014 and should submit proof to this effect if called for interview.
Opportunities:
A Probationary officer in the bank gets exposed to challenging assignments as also gets the opportunity to involve in nation building developmental activities. The opportunities include working in Personal Banking, Rural Banking, Credit, Forex, Treasury etc. Additionally the post also provides personal growth opportunity to the individual by way of exposure to the rich diversity of India through postings at various places also opportunity for foreign postings.

In addition to the attractive salary, the compensation package includes perquisites such as furnished accommodation or HRA, Conveyance Allowance, Medical benefit, LFC / HTC, Loans at concessional rates etc. Total compensation varies depending upon the place of posting and is about Rs. 70000/- pm at Mumbai. The salary is due for revision.
