Position detail : Analyst - Transfer Pricing
Purpose of the position and principal responsibilities:
Have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Transfer Pricing rules and regulations to carry out benchmarking studies on Indian and Overseas databases with the help of relevant databases, processes, excel and macros.
Conducting qualitative analysis, web reviews of companies for comparability analysis.
Analysis of annual reports to ascertain business activity, compute operating profits and other Financials.
Prepare industry analyses of diverse industries.
Carry out compliance and planning documentation requests.
Required critical behaviours or competencies:
Having strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing time and communicating potential conflicts to supervisor
Possess a flexible & detail oriented attitude.
Ability to plan, execute, review and control effectively, assigned duties with minimal errors making sure that quality and timeliness are adhered to.
Must be able to implement knowledge of accounting technicalities in projects allocated.
Required key skills (functional/technical):
Possess comprehensive knowledge of accounting & financial concepts.
Required to have working knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) / Internet.
Required to have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) as well as inter-personal and networking skills.
Desired qualifications:
Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) with Finance specialization, or equivalent.
Other qualifications will be an added advantage.
Cut off: 60%
Offered Compensation:
The selected candidates will be absorbed as Analyst in Transfer Pricing, Price Waterhouse & Co., at a fixed pay of INR 250,000 per annum (inclusive of Provident Fund). They will also be entitled to Variable Pay, Health Insurance, Accident Insurance, Life Insurance as per the firm's policy, and Gratuity as per Government norms.
