Job Profile: - 

1)      Marketing of Club membership, Banquet, GYM, swimming pool and SPA membership in the club via corporate visit, e-flairs, road-show, radio, promotional activities, telemarketing coordination advertisements
2)      Maintaining good relationship with the members of the club
3)      To generate revenue of the club and try to minimize the marketing cost.
4)    Daily Corporate visit & selling of package of different type of conferences
5)    Coordinates the marketing and membership relations programs to promote the club’s services and facilities to potential and present members

Post: - Guest Relation Executive (Princeton Club) Female Only, Candidates from North-East preferred.

Experience:- - Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest relation in Hospitality industry,
Applicant shall have a smart personality, have Good Communication & Presentation Skill
Educational Qualification:- Minimum Graduation or Equivalent
Computer Knowledge:- MS-OFFICE, INTERNET, EMAIL ETC.
Working Time:- Evening Shift (From 3.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.)

Job Profile: - 
1)  Plan and coordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests
2) Schedule & supervise activities for guests
3)  Plan and coordinate all promotional activities targeting clients
 4) Assist with check-ins / check-outs of clients
5)  Assist in any other duties when required by the Front Office Manager
6) Provide feedback from Guests to Front Office Manager for action
7) Coordinate with Event Coordinator in organizing meetings and specials events as requested by guests.

 Post: - Assistant Account Manager (Princeton Club)
Position: - One.
Location: - Kolkata.
Education: - Minimum Bachelor in Accounts. (B.Com Honors)
Experience: - Minimum 5-8 years of Experience. (Experience in Hospitality Industry will be added advantage)
Computer Knowledge: - Candidate should be computer savvy, must be expert in Tally (ERP), MS-Excel, Word, and Email Correspondence.
Key Skill Required: -  
  • Accountancy skills, ideally honed in a hospitality environment
  • IT knowledge, as transactions are usually done through computerized systems, electronic cash tills and so on
  • Data processing skills, including spreadsheet packages
  • Analytical and communication skills
  • Knowledge of P.F, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, Service Tax.

Job Responsibility:-

  • Controlling the payroll
  • Producing an accurate set of month-end accounts, with comparisons to forecasts and previous periods
  • Handling PF, ESIC, TDS, Service Tax, Professional Tax etc.
  • Preparing profit and loss accounts and the balance sheet for senior management
  • Assisting in preparing budgets and business planning, including projected room revenue
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Chasing late payments, reporting bad debts and keeping a careful eye on the cash flow
·         Preparation of monthly financial statements.
·         Preparation of month-end and year-end closing entries.
·         Posting of activity to the general ledger, including monthly accruals.
·         Research and correct account discrepancies.
·         Account analysis and reconciliation, to include bank statements, inter-company general ledger accounts and balance sheet accounts.
·         Preparation of monthly reconciliation's between source records and control accounts.
·         Monitoring and maintenance of recording and reporting fixed assets and related depreciation.
·         Evaluation and maintenance of internal controls relating to hotel properties This is to include validation of: supporting documentation, accuracy of information received, completeness of transactions, maintenance of accounting records, and physical security of assets.
·         Participate in the annual budgeting process.
·         Take initiative to identify areas and provide suggestions for improvement
·         Research and resolve technical accounting and system issues
