Full time Job Description:
Require: Preferably B. Com / M.Com - 2014 batch
The incumbent will be in charge of
Managing the Branch Front Desk – customers, vendors, document receipt , despatches
Reconciliation of all documents to check pendencies and completion
Co ordination across different units
Assisting with processing of transactions
Receiving and acknowledging the Trade documents. Maintaining Bar Sheets for the documents. Housekeeping of paper bases, documents and files
Receiving of cheques/documents/Stationary and maintaining of Inward register. Dispatch of cheques/documents/stationary and maintaining and tracking of Barsheet Register.
Communication with customers over phone and at counters
