Position: Guest Relations Executive
No of vacancies: 10
Male / Females: Females only
Job Description: Meet and Greet Guests on arrival, interact with them during their stay, and bid a fond farewell. Handle personalization for VIPs and loyalty program guests. Handle Guests feedback and resolve complaints. Will involve shift duties (Morning & Evening Shifts).
Eligibility criteria: Graduate - Well groomed candidates, ht. min 5'4" preferred with proportionate weight. Candidates with Modelling experience or exposure through participation in Beauty Pageants preferred. Fluent English Communication & Confidence to interact with guests from various fields including Corporate Heads, Celebrities, International travellers, etc during their stay at the hotel. Physical fitness required as job involves
standing and walking around in the lobby during duty hours.
Gross salary: Rs.15000 to 18000 per month
Other Benefits: Accommodation for outstation candidates based on availability. Meals on duty & uniform provided. Late night pick up/drop
