DESIGNATION – Account Manager 
Role Description
The Account Manager roles in Swiggy is responsible for growing and managing relationships with restaurants in cities which are already present on the Swiggy platform.
Role Expectations & Responsibilities
·      Revenue generation for Swiggy through converting all relevant restaurants to the standardized commission rates
·      Drive increased revenue through non-commission channels such as Ad product sales
·      Work with partner restaurants to help them build and grow their business through enhanced menu options, reduced edits, identify and solve logistics issues, etc.
·      Drive and support partner restaurants in adhering to SOP compliance with Swiggy
·      Liaison with partner restaurants to execute new initiatives from Swiggy’s end

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS -

·         Relevant experience of 1-3 years and in the space of partner/account relationship management
·         Graduate in any discipline from a reputed institution
·         Working closely with multiple operations teams to ensure smooth functioning
·         Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
·         Vendor management skills
·         Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and work with a team. A “get-it-done” self-starter who not only gets it done quickly and smartly but delivers a high-quality result.

·         Proactive, flexible, and have impeccable follow through. Eagerly take on any tasks that need to be accomplished, keeping an open & positive attitude

DESIGNATION – Sales Manager       
Role Description
The Sales Intern role in Swiggy is responsible for growing and managing relationships with restaurants in cities which are already present on the Swiggy platform.
Job Description:
·         Sign Contracts with restaurants along and handling the inquiries from existing and new clients
·          Gather sales lead from the market and approach restaurants actively, from no star to 5 stars, and get them on board with Swiggy as a partner.
·         Maintaining a strong relationship with restaurant owners and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on the same
·         Reach out to clients, create suitable offers and sign-up corporate users to increase subscriber base.
·         Conduct promotional events/marketing activities to develop new contacts and increase user base
·         Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
·         Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence and expense controls, the meeting agreed targets and promoting the organization’s presence.
·         Should be able to handle potential clients when on the field as the first in command.
·         Being the face of Swiggy in the market and standing up for the values we believe in.

Desired Candidate:
·         Graduate with 1-3 year of experience in similar field.

DESIGNATION – Vendor Manager   
·         Manage the onboarding process for restaurants in a structured and timely manner
·         Information related to restaurants is accurate and updated on the system
·         Ensuring a high quality recommended menu, working with restaurants to ensure sufficient photos, menu completion, etc.
·         Timely escalation of issues that could impact partner experience (Eg. Delayed revisions, etc.)
·         On-boarding of newly launched restaurants - specifically ensuring completion of needed OB details, menu collection, ensuring sanity checks, mystery shopping to ensure no hiked prices, etc.
·         Working with restaurants to reduce restaurants driven cancellations and edits
·         Ensure a high automated order acceptance %, minimizing unplanned with DE orders
·         Adherence to launch milestones, constant communication in case of any issues being faced
·         Timely resolution of Partner Support tickets
·         Timely responses and resolution of issues raised by the Operations team
·         Timely responses and resolution of issues raised by the Catalogue team
·         Work with restaurant partners in solving operational problems and ensuring retention (payments, packaging, Partner app problems etc.)

·         Take charge of critical KPI’s that affect the restaurant’s health as well as ones that ultimately boil down to the customer experience.
·         Support Vendor Projects - (Night Delivery, Creative Deployment, AOV, Image Quality, Assured for other cities, national accounts, JIT, Geo-fencing, etc)
·         Completion of ad-hoc restaurant facing activities - FSSAI/Owner details, etc.)
·         Driving adoption of new vendor management products & processes
·         Drive adoption of Owner App - including accuracy of owner details, engaging owners around logging and usage of the app, etc.
·         Complies with company and Sales SOPs


DESIGNATION – Executive Vendor Management

 Role Description

 ·         Timely resolution of issues that could impact partner experience (Eg. Time to troubleshoot issues)
·         On-ground support to address concerns with specific restaurants where the team requires help - e.g. training restaurants which have poor edits and cancellations due to inability to use the automation tools, identifying issues at the outlets, etc.
·         Going on field for automation training of newly launched restaurants
·         Ensure a high automated order acceptance % - e.g. troubleshooting field issues, focussing on low acceptance restaurants and areas, etc.
·         Support ad-hoc new initiatives of the VM team
·         Driving feature adoption of newly launched features as and when they come in
·         Ensuring to resolve restaurant issues/ improvise restaurant health ultimately impacting business

 As a recruiter at Swiggy, you are responsible for the end to end recruitment process, within the stipulated timelines to support current and future talent needs;
 You will need to build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates, who meet expectations, through pro-active market research, vendors, leveraging relevant social media modes and employee referrals.
 You will source and screen candidates within the given specifications, interview potential candidates, create a dynamic relationship with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners and ensure a smooth interview.
