The team in India comprises Developers, Content Editors, Business/Data Analysts, QA Experts, Customer
Service, Subject Matter Experts and other support functions.
StudentBrands network of properties include StudyMode.com, 123helpme.com and others where
students can download model essays and term papers, book notes and AP notes; Cram.com, where
students can share and review flashcards along with several other properties including international
properties. Our future plans include a new product rollout in 2019 which is very exciting for us!

purpose of educational institutions. Through Barnes & Noble College, our flagship business, Barnes &
Noble Education serves more than 5 million college students. We act as a strategic partner to improve
academic outcomes; provide value and support to students and faculty; and create loyalty and
retention, all while supporting the financial goals of our college and university partners.
StudentBrands is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with rich knowledge in their core subjects. The
expert should be able to develop content for international students.
Job Requirement:
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong knowledge, understanding and expertise in: Chosen
subject.
• Expert in problem solving (questions/exercises) both from textbooks and other homework
application in a detailed step by step manner for various levels of complexity. Able to work in a
fast-paced environment.
• QC (Quality Control) & review of detailed solutions (already developed by other Subject Matter
Experts).
• Provide guidance to other SMEs to improve content accuracy, language (English usage,
appropriate sentence structure) and overall quality of the Solution Content for use by students.
• Ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly.
• Self-motivated team player must be able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Required Qualifications
Final Year 2019 batch B.Sc - Statistics, Economics
M.Sc - Physics, Comp Sc
M.Com
Experience
Preferably experienced as SME, Author, Accounts or Finance professionals, Teacher, Online Teacher or
Tutor for international students, University or Publications, specifically for the Higher Ed. (Graduate &
Post Graduate level).
CTC: Rs.4/- to 6/- lacs pa
