We are planning to expand our pharmacology and in vivo laboratories in Noida. In this context, we would like to recruit bright and fresh M.Sc / M.Tech / M.Pharm students with specialization in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, and Microbiology from various institutions across India. It will be a pleasure if your organization is willing to participate in this recruitment drive. Our tentative plan is to conduct the same in Kolkata and around during the week of August 05, 2019.

Our process for recruitment is two-tier (i) First a Test on your site (ii) A face to face interaction for the shortlisted candidates in our office at Noida (we will cover to and from travel expenses and arrange for the accommodation). For selected candidates, we offer a pay package which is way above the current industry benchmark.

Position: Research Biologist

Job descriptions (in details): Curadev Pharma is a small molecule drug discovery company focusing primarily on oncology and inflammation. We work on a biological target dysfunction of which leads to such diseases. Our aim is to modify or cure such disease by altering the activity of the biological target with the help of small organic molecules.

We will invest time and effort in training the selected candidates for the development of novel biological assay and small molecule screening methods in vitro. This will involve cloning, expression, development of stable cell lines, cell-based and cell-free screening using a number of advanced platforms available in the house. The candidate is expected to be capable of independent thinking and problem-solving post-training period as a project fellow. A special aptitude or preliminary experience in modern analytical methods such as HPLC, LC-MS, etc is desirable but not mandatory  

Students background: MSc degree holder in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology

CTC / Stipend*: For first 6 months there will be a consolidated pay which will get converted to CTC after 6 months of probation period. Our CTC  is benchmarked as the best in the industry for similar positions.
